Tasting Profile: The soils here are more a mix of alluvial and volcanic soils than those of its neighbors. Deux Vert has the oldest (intentionally!) planted Melon vines in the state. The wine is aged on the lees for the minimum eight months that quality Melon requires. The wine reads as sea air and oyster shell with herbal and citrus accents.
